使用須知及條款

1.     請注意:官網所有訂單(包括 [ 現貨 ] [ 預購 ]  商品)一經確認,需全額支付,並將即時扣款。

2.     訂單確認後,恕不接受退款或取消。所有商品均不設退款或換貨。

3.     本網站使用港元 HKD為最終交易貨幣,網站上顯示的其他貨幣只作參考。

4.      商品圖片可能與實際商品略有差異。

5.      商品適用於15歲以上人士使用,並不適合兒童使用。

6.      商品含有尖銳部份,請小心處理,並確保儲存場所無導致意外受傷的風險。

7.      商品屬精密製作,強行操作、意外或蓄意墜落可能導致損壞。

退款政策

POSE+ 所有產品(包括POSE+ PREMIUM 系列、POSE+ METAL 系列及 POSE+ METAL HEAT 系列)一經售出,均不設退款、退貨或換貨。

 

售後服務

1.     POSE+ PREMIUM 系列 (周邊 / 輕便個人用品類別)

·        此系列一經售出,如非品質問題或被錯誤派送,恕不接受退貨換貨。
購買前請細閱產品資訊或尺碼等,如有任何疑問,歡迎聯絡我們查詢。

 

2.     POSE+ METAL 系列 及 POSE+ METAL HEAT 系列 (收藏級可動機械人偶類別)

·        如遇缺件或功能問題,POSE+ 會以換件或補件為優先處理方式,不設退款、退貨或換貨。

·        所有補件或維修要求,請提供訂單號及有問題商品的照片,並電郵至客服。經過核實後,我們會在7 個工作天內確認補件或維修要求。

·        如遇缺件情況,經確認後,我們會安排補件發送:

-            香港本地客戶:補件郵費由POSE+負責,寄送方式由POSE+決定。

-            香港以外地區:郵費由客戶負責。

·        如遇產品功能不全需要維修,客戶可能需帶上有問題商品連原裝包裝到POSE+ 香港火炭辦公室核實,客戶亦可選擇將產品郵寄至我們處理(退件郵費由客戶自付)。詳細情況可先電郵客服,讓我們為您跟進。

·        維修及補件處理時間取決於零件庫存情況,如遇零件缺貨或停產,我們將無法處理客戶的售後要求。

·        本公司不提供任何因人為原因損壞的保修服務,亦不會為二手商品提供售後服務。

·        所有POSE+ METAL 系列 及 POSE+ METAL HEAT 系列產品在購買日起一年內可享受一次售後保修。

·        請注意,每個訂單僅提供一次售後保修服務。

 

 

**POSE+授權服務商(香港及海外)購買產品的客戶 (非由poseplus.net 購入商品)

·        請首先聯繫您的零售商,零售商將根據其售後條款處理維修或補件事宜。如遇到零售商無法解決而需要POSE+ 處理保修的情況,將依本售後政策所列條件進行處理。

 

換件及維修要求不涵蓋範圍

1.      任何無法提供官方或官方認可購買紀錄或單據的商品。

2.      任何未經認證為正品行貨的商品。

3.      任何POSE+已公開不承保的商品或已發售超過一年以上的商品;所有二手商品不提供售後服務。

4.      任何從非POSE+認可的銷售渠道購買的商品(如:個人轉售、二手買賣、YahooeBayCarousellMarket Place或其他拍賣網站)。
註:為確保產品質素,本公司不建議在非官方授權渠道購買POSE+產品。

5.      部分商品可能因配送原因使用運輸紙箱作為包裝。由於運輸紙箱並非商品包裝的一部分,對於其破損或缺陷,並不提供售後服務。

6.      商品的包裝外盒或運輸期間可能出現輕微凹陷,或經海關開盒查驗實屬於正常情況,並不視為退貨或退款的理由。

7.      請注意,商品表面處理(如電鍍、噴漆等)可能會導致零件色彩深淺不均。

8.      消耗性零件(如貼紙、電池等,若適用)僅在材料或工藝缺陷下才提供售後服務。

9.      任何表面損壞(如刮花、凹痕等),除非損壞能證明由於產品模具問題或包裝未開封造成。

10.   任何開封後進行的安裝、拆卸等操作所造成的損壞。

11.   因意外、人為、濫用、誤用、接觸液體、火災、水災、地震或其他外部原因導致的損壞。

12.   POSE+或其授權服務商以外的第三方進行維修造成的損壞。

13.   因正常損耗或老化所引起的缺陷。

 

本保修範圍適用於在POSE+官方網站及所有官方認可的零售商處購買的商品。POSE+對上述條款擁有最終決定權,並保留更新政策的權利,恕不另行通知。

Terms of Use and Conditions

·        Please note: All orders on the official website (including in-stock and pre-order items) require full payment upon confirmation, and payment will be processed immediately.

·        Once confirmed, orders cannot be refunded or canceled. All products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

·        This website uses Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) as the final transaction currency. Other currencies displayed on the website are for reference only.

·        Product images may slightly differ from the actual product.

·        Products are intended for individuals aged 15 and above and are not suitable for children.

·        Handle products with care, as they contain sharp parts. Improper use or impact may cause damage.

Refund Policy

·        All POSE+ products (including POSE+ PREMIUM series, POSE+ METAL series and POSE+ METAL HEAT series) are non-refundable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 

After-Sales Service: Replacement and Repair

1.     POSE+ PREMIUM Series (Animation goods / Personal Items)

·        Once this series is sold, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue, or it was incorrectly dispatched. Please read the product information or size carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us for inquiries.

 

2.     POSE+ METAL Series & POSE+ METAL HEAT Series (Robot Action Figure Collectibles)

·        In the event of missing parts or functional issues, we will resolve the matter by replacing or providing the missing components as the primary method and we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

·        In case of missing parts or defectives, please provide the order number and photos of the related issues and email them to customer service. After verification, we will confirm the request for replacement or repair within 7 working days.

·        For missing parts:

o   Local Hong Kong customers: POSE+ covers local shipping fees, POSE+ decide the shipping method.

o   International customers: Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

·        For defective cases that requires repairment, customers may be required to bring the product to POSE+’s office in Fotan, Hong Kong, or mail it (return shipping costs paid by the customer). Please email our customer service team and we will assist you.

·        Processing time repairment or sending parts replacements may vary depending on parts availability. If parts are out of stock or discontinued, we apologize for not being able to process after-sales requests.

·        We do not cover damage caused by user mishandling, nor do we provide any after-sales service for second-hand products.

·        All products in the POSE+ METAL Series and POSE+ METAL HEAT Series are eligible for a one-time after-sales warranty within one year of the purchase date.

·        Each order is entitled to only one after-sales service claim.

 

**Customers purchasing from authorized resellers (Hong Kong and overseas) (Not from poseplus.net) :

·        Please first contact your retailer. The retailer will handle repairs or replacement parts in accordance with their own after-sales policy.

·        If the retailer is unable to resolve the issue and it requires warranty service from POSE+, it will be handled according to the terms outlined in this after-sales policy.

 

After-Sales Service does not cover below

1.      Products without a valid purchase record.

2.      Unauthorized or counterfeit products.

3.      Products older than one year or second-hand products; or products that POSE+ has officially excluded from warranty.

4.      Products purchased from non-POSE+ authorized sales channels (e.g., personal resale, second-hand transactions, eBay, Yahoo, Carousell, Market Place, or any auction site, etc.).

Note: To ensure product quality, we do not recommend purchasing POSE+ products from any non-official authorized channels.

5.      Outer shipping brown box is not a part of the product. Damaged shipping boxes is not covered by after-sales. 

6.      Minor dents on the packaging or colored box is normal due to shipping and we will not be held responsible, nor can it be used as a reason for returns or refunds.

7.      Normal wear, color variations due to electroplating or painting

8.      Consumable parts (e.g., batteries, stickers, if applicable) unless defective.

9.      Minor surface damage (eg scratches, dents) unless damage caused by the mold itself and the packaging has not been opened.

10.   Any damage caused by installation, disassembly, or modifications after the product has been opened.

11.   Damage caused by accidents, human error, misuse, liquid exposure, fire, water damage, earthquakes, or other external factors.

12.   Damage caused by repairs made by anyone other than POSE+ or its authorized service providers.

13.   Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging of the POSE+ product.

 

This replacement/repairment policy applies to products purchased from POSE+’s official website and all official authorized retailers. POSE+ reserves the final decision-making rights regarding these terms and conditions. The company may update these policies without prior notice.

 

*In case of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of this page, the Chinese version shall prevail.
