Shipping policy
· 官網內大部分商品將由香港寄送到海外，如因庫存調動而需轉為內地出貨，恕不另行通知。
1. 香港本地訂單：
· 運輸方式：只限順豐快遞服務 ；不設自提貨。
· 運費：劃一收費，不限商品數量（只限工商地址及順豐站、順豐服務中心、順豐智能櫃）；住宅或偏遠地區需要附加費 ；
o POSE+ METAL 系列 及 POSE+ METAL HEAT 系列 : 每單劃一運費 HKD 45
o POSE+ PREMIUM 系列：每單劃一運費 HKD 30
· 如訂單內包含METAL／ METAL HEAT 系列及 PREMIUM 系列產品，只收取一次運費 HKD 45，並將按訂單內最後的預計發貨日期一併出貨。若客人希望優先寄出部分已備貨商品，請分開下單（每張訂單需另付運費）。
· 不設指定送貨時間。
2. 國際訂單 （寄送香港以外地區）：
· 銷售地區
o 美加地區：美國及加拿大
o 歐洲地區：英國、法國、德國
o 亞洲地區：日本、 澳門、馬來西亞、新加坡、南韓、台灣
· 運輸方式：
國際訂單將會由順豐國際快遞服務運送 (SF Express) ；POSE+ 保持更改物流服務商的權利，恕不如行通知。
· 運費：
o 因產品重量呎寸及地區有別，所以請在結算頁 （Checkout Page） 輸入資料以查詢運費。查詢運費方法：請先將商品放進購物車，然後按＂結賬 Check out＂，選＂寄往指定地址＂及”繼續＂, 然後請填寫送遞地區及其他地址資料等，即可顯示運費
＊留意：網站內顯示的運費不包含目的地的稅項，客戶需另行向快遞或當地相關機構支付稅項

2. 因應個別地區的物流需要，快遞服務更新如下:
o 加拿大、法國、德國、日本、馬來西亞、新加坡、南韓、英國：按個別地區的情況，可選擇 HK Post Air Parcel / HK Post Speedpost / UPS；詳情請在結算頁 （Checkout Page） 輸入資料以查詢運費及運送時效等資料。
o 澳門、台灣：只提供SF EXPRESS

3. 官網國際訂單的進口稅款及清關手續
當客人購買商品時，需支付全額運費。
· 若商品寄送至海外，根據不同地區的規定，可能會產生稅款（如關稅或進口稅 Tax & Duties），該部分的稅項需由客戶自行向快遞公司或當地相關機構繳付。
· 由於每個地區的稅率、進口清關程序及所需文件各異，若包裹因客戶未繳納稅款、清關問題或其他原因未能成功送達，本公司將不承擔任何責任，亦不會進行退款處理。
· 若包裹因為無法送遞而需退回本公司，客人需支付所有相關費用，包括運送至目的地以及退回原發送地的費用。
4. 官網訂單發貨時間
· 寄貨日子只限星期一至五如遇公眾假期則延後發貨，星期六、 日不設出貨
o [ 預購 ] 商品
請參考官網商品訂購頁內的預計發貨日期。如遇貨期延誤， 我們將在官網內公告， POSE+ 將保留分批發貨的權利，恕不另行通知。
o [ 現貨 ] 商品
一般來說，我們將在收到訂單後的兩至三天內寄出商品
*留意：如同一訂單中包含多個不同發貨日期的商品 （例如 [ 現貨 ] 及 [ 預購 ] ，或含多個不同發貨日子的 [ 預購 ] 商品） ，則以較後的發貨日期為準，並一併發貨。若客人希望優先寄出部分已備貨商品，請分開下單（每張訂單需另付運費）。
5. 官網訂單寄送時效 （包裹交付快遞至成功派送）
· 香港本地訂單：一至兩天
· 歐美等地區： 七至十四天
· 亞洲地區：五至十天

Shipping policy & Delivery charges for Poseplus.net orders
· Most products on poseplus.net will be shipped from Hong. If inventory adjustments require shipments from mainland China, no prior notice will be given.
1. Local Orders (Destination: Hong Kong)
· Courier : Ship by SF Express only ; no self-pickup option.
· Shipping Charges: Standard shipping fees applies to order (regardless of order quantity in an order) (limited to business addresses, SF stations, SF service centers, and SF smart lockers); additional charges apply for residential or remote areas.
o POSE+ METAL Series & POSE+ METAL HEAT Series : HKD 45 per order
o POSE+ PREMIUM Series： HKD 30 per order
** If an order includes products from the METAL Series / METAL HEAT Series and the PREMIUM Series, only one shipping fee of HKD 45 will be charged. All items will be shipped together based on the latest estimated dispatch date in the order. If you wish to have the ready items shipped earlier, please place separate orders (shipping fees will be charged to each order )."

2. International Orders (Destination: Regions Outside Hong Kong)
· Shipping zones
o USA and Canada (North America)
o United Kingdom, France, Germany (Europe)

· Courier: International orders will be shipped via SF Express International Courier Service (SF Express).
· Shipping Charges :
o Shipping charges for international orders vary depending on product weight, size and region, to check the shipping cost, please first add the items to your shopping cart, then click "Check out."
Select "Ship to a specified address" and click "Continue," then fill in the delivery region and other address details. The shipping cost will be displayed.
*Please note: The shipping cost displayed on the website does not include taxes and duties for the destination. Customers will need to pay the taxes separately to the courier or relevant local authorities.
*POSE+ reserves the right to change the logistics / courier partners without prior notice.

Update on Courier Arrangements for International Orders (April 22, 2025)
A. Effective immediately, shipments to the United States are suspended.
- Based on the logistics needs of regions, the courier services have been updated as follows:
- Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Kingdom: Depending on the specific situation in each region, you can choose from HK Post Air Parcel, HK Post Speedpost, or UPS. Please enter your information on the checkout page to check shipping costs and delivery times.
- Macau, Taiwan: Only SF EXPRESS is available.

3. Import Taxes and Customs Clearance for International Orders
Customers are required to pay delivery charges in full when placing order.
· For international orders, additional taxes (such as customs duties or import taxes) may apply depending on the destination's regulations. These taxes must be paid by the customer directly to the courier or relevant local authorities.
· As tax rates, import clearance procedures, and required documents vary by region, if the package fails to be delivered due to the customer’s failure to pay the taxes, customs clearance issues, or any other reasons, our company will not be held responsible and will not issue refunds.
· If the package needs to be returned to our company due to unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be responsible for all related fees, including shipping to the destination and returning to the original shipping location.
4. Poseplus.net Order Shipping Time
· Shipping days are Monday to Friday; shipments will be delayed during public holidays. No order dispatch on Saturdays and Sundays.
o [ Pre-order ] Products: Please refer to the estimated shipping date on the product order page. If there are any delays in shipment, we will announce it on the website. In case of insufficient supply, POSE+ reserves the right to ship in batches without further notice.
o [ In-stock ] Products: Typically, we will handover the items to courier within two to three days after receiving the order.
*Please note: If an order contains items with different shipping dates (eg, an order with [ In-stock ] & [ Pre-order ] products, or multiple [ Pre-order ] order with different shipping dates, the latest shipping date will apply, and all items will be shipped together. If you wish to receive some of the products earlier, please place separate orders. Shipping charges will apply to each of the orders accordingly.
5. Poseplus.net Order Shipping Leadtime (after courier received the parcel)
- Local Hong Kong Orders: 1 to 2 days
- Europe and America Regions: 7 to 14 days
- Asia Regions: 5 to 10 days
